hello, i live in egypt and i got a 1590 on my sat's and an 85 on my ibt toefl exam. can i get into a north eastern engineering program?

I'm sorry, but no. You probaly need around an 1850-1900 to get in. Try retaking the SATs and study which areas are your weakest. The average acceptance scores in each section are around 630.
