My girlfriend and I (both of whom are Americans) are interested in moving to Egypt to teach and would like to live together. Is this possible?

People will probably just assume you're married. If they know you arent they could feel a little uncomfortable. In certain areas, where people mind their own business, it is even acceptable. I recommend Zamalek or Maddie.

No problem, there are thousands of expats working here from all over the world and it has never been a problem. The law only prohibits prostitution but living together is no crime. Society it self is not as conservative as you might think, you would be surprised how things have changed during the past decade.

in hotells no one will ask you in other high classes area no one will ask you you have only to keep sensations of others

it's ok, just don't tell it to everyone you meet, just say you're married, or engaged together.
