Well if they have a GSM carrier (you might want to ask around) you need to buy a "unlocked sidekick3... that means that it will work with any GSm carrier. The best place to buy this would be ebay... You need to find someone that will ship anywhere..... ypu can see this after you click on a product and look at "will ship to \" under the prce... well the rest is self selfd explanatory once u get to ebay.com
