You need to make it the Seller, find out his physical address so you can mail it to him.

You can still use paypal if your in egypt possibly? You definitely want to use paypal instead of a money order because you cannot really track a money order as easily to get a refund if you do not get your laptop. You don't want to be jerked around. If you have a credit card such as MasterCard, visa, or American express or a bank account you can use paypal. If you ue paypal and if you do not get your merchandise all you have to do is notify paypal, file a claim and paypal will issue you a refund.
