I live in Ismailia,Egypt & I want to use yahoo voice to call to landline (mobile), Ethiopia. So how can I buy or get the visa or other cards?

Well....in that case, you need to contact your bank...I hope that you have got a bank account. Through your bank account, you can apply for a VISA or Master card.
