If you are not an american citizen you have to go through immigration to get to the US first. If you are not a legal citizen here they will not give you free medical they'll just send you back home.

You will not just be able to come and get free medical care. You will have to tell Immigration why you are coming and then they would not let you come. If you try to lie by saying you have a job or something they will ask for your work visa. Sorry, gotta figure out your own problems in your own country!

If your child is born here, it will have US citizenship. But this charity thing that you heard of is not true. Here is the truth. If you are already in the US (which means you'd have to clear immigration, apply for a visa- just like everyone else), and you show up at an emergency room in labor, they will not turn you away. They will assist you to deliver your baby. It is not free. You will be billed later. But you don't have to pay at the time of service. They will send you a bill later and if you can't pay it, then really there is nothing they can do and you got free service. The cost of your birth will be paid for by American tax payers. Many immigrants do this. Americans are extremely hostile towards immigrants who are doing this since they are trying to get a free ride to citizenship by making tax payers pay for their births. You got pregnant- you pay for the birth. Health costs in the US are rising dramatically and many AMERICANS can't afford health care. So, first, you'd have to immigrate to the US. Since you are Egyptian, you can probably get in on a tourist visa. After your child is born with US citizenship, YOU will not be a citizen. Only the child. What are you going to do? You won't have right to work. You won't have right to stay over on your tourist visa. You will have to take an illegal, minimum wage job or leave the country. Also, the government can still deport you even if your child is a US citizen. I recommend you stay home. There is no free ride in life.

in order to get financial aid or "charity" as you call it you have to apply for it and in order to get any aid you have to be a US citizen. Even then it is not completely free you still have to pay for some of it. Yes it is true that if your child were born in america it would be an american citizen, but you would not be if you were here illegally. Having a baby cost thousands of dollars. You have to pay for the doctor, the actual hospital stay, you also have to pay for the actual labor itself AND any medication you might get you would have to pay for. You dont have to pay it at the time but they will bill you for it. But to be quite honest i dont think you would be able to have your baby here unless you already had some legal way of coming over from egypt. If you were to make it some how and went to the hospital in labor they of course wont slam the door in your face while you are having a baby they will deliver it, but once you and the baby are healthy they will more than likely just send you back. And i dont know about egypt but how would they handle the situation of your baby being an american citizen?
