We live out in the boonies here, and the only Vets are for cattle. She still has an appetite only for milk & meat... need to get the diarreah problem fixed. She hates cat food, so I made a homemade meal of rice, chicken & greenbeans. I'm really not able to do much more, but she's so helpless and sweet. Can she take human vitamins & supplements?

Do not give her cows milk, it will give her diarrhoea. Do not give her human vitamins, the dosage will be too high and the fat soluble vitamins will kill her. Just feed her as you are doing and give her clean water and the diarrhoea will clear up. Ken should get the 10 points, his answer is the best

Stop the milk. That is such a myth about cats and milk, it's actually really bad for them. All she needs is food and water. Try and get her some hard, dry food into her too. That should sort her out.
